








ADETUNJI ADEDOYIN-ADENIYI, Esq
Obtained his Bachelors Degree in Law {LL.B. Hons.} and was admitted as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
Over the years, Adetunji has acquired a far-reaching experience in practice areas such as Debt Recovery and Insolvency, Asset and Property Management, Commercial and Banking Transactions, Company Secretariat, Land Disputes, Wills and Probate and other related matters.
Adetunji has achieved heights beyond his years as he has led and been led in different Courts of Records in Nigeria and has rendered numerous legal advisory opinions to clients on Bank related matters, aviation, maritime, power and energy, Real Estate, Wills and Probate and legal aspects of both local and foreign investments. Adetunji, in his years of practice, has also worked with notable Litigation Law Firms in Nigeria.
He is currently the Managing Partner at AAA Chambers which he established in May of 2011.

Patrick Mgbeoma, Esq
Attended Madonna University, Okija, where he obtained his LL.B Hons. Degree in 2009. He proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Bwari, Abuja, F.C.T Campus and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2011, upon the successful completion of his Law School Program.
Patrick started his legal practice in 2011 as a Junior Associate at the law firm of Eruli Ede, Eruli Ede & Co., Asaba, Delta State during his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program. Upon completion of his compulsory service year, he joined the law firm; Excellence Solicitors, Victoria Island, Lagos, in 2013 as an Associate Counsel. Patrick Mgbeoma became an Associate Counsel at AAA Chambers in 2013 and became a Senior Associate in 2017 till date.
Patrick is a dedicated and hardworking Commercial Litigation lawyer who has handled a number of cases at the High Court and has appeared in the Appellate Courts. His core areas of interest are Civil and Commercial Litigations, Real Estate, Banking, Debt Recovery, Insolvency & Receivership with Employment & Labour Law. His professional membership includes the Nigerian Bar Association, Graduate Member, Nigerian Institute of Management (Certificate of Proficiency) and the Association of Professional Mediators and Negotiators.

DAMILOLA BAMISILE, Esq.
Damilola is an Associate at AAA Chambers. She obtained her LLB from the University of Ibadan. In 2019, she bagged her BL with first-class honours from the Nigerian Law school, Abuja Campus.
Damilola is also a qualified chartered accountant and a graduate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.
Her practice areas include Corporate/Commercial Law, dispute resolution, Insolvency practice and general corporate advisory.

HARMONY EGHWUBARE, Esq.
Harmony Eghwubare completed her university education at the reputable Benson Idahosa University, Edo State, where she secured a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) and moved on to the Nigerian Law School, Enugu Campus, where she obtained another degree as a Barrister-at-Law (B.L) in December 2015.
As a practising lawyer, Harmony has over the years, created a niche for herself in Debt Recovery, Insolvency Practise and Dispute Resolution. During her NYSC year, Harmony Eghwubar worked under a judge of the Uyo State High Court where she was fully involved in carrying out research for numerous judgements and rulings. During her Law School externship program, she received tutelage under the firm of Giwa-Amu & Co., in the earlier part of 2015, where she worked as a legal intern involved in legal drafting and research in the law firm. She also gained legal experience as an Associate Counsel in the firm, I.C.E Okugbo & Co. where she further sharpened her skills as a legal practitioner.
Harmony joined AAA Chambers as an Associate in 2018 and has since then contributed her skills and legal insight to the law firm.

PAUL OMBHUDE, Esq.
Paul Omobhude obtained his Bachelor of Law Degree (LL.B Hons.) from the prestigious Ambrose Ali University, Ekopma, Edo State and proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, Enugu, after which, he was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2014.
Paul’s quest for excellence and knowledge took him to the University of Benin, where he obtained a Master of Law Degree (LL.M) in 2018. His passion for the practice of law is vastly reflected in his professionalism and charge into various areas of law, to wit; Criminal Law, Civil Law, Labour and Employment Law, Intellectual Property Law, Environmental Law, Commercial Law, Banking and Insolvency, Litigation, Including Debt Recovery.
During his National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) year between 2014 and 2015, Paul Omobhude served as an Associate at Kehinde Hassan Bamiwola & Co. before joining Mike Ozekhome Chambers in 2017, where he carved a niche for himself in Criminal and Civil Litigation. At Mike Ozekhome Chambers, his dynamism was laid bare in making impactful research and contributions in legal and constitutional articles for publications in National dailies and seminar papers in different fora. Paul Omobhude joined AAA Chambers as an Associate in 2018 and is a passion-driven professional who works with colleagues and clients to achieve optimal results.

AYODEJI AGUNBIADE
Ayo Agunbiade graduated from the Lagos State Polytechnic, Ikorodu Main Campus, where he attained his National Diploma in Mass Communication. In the pursuit of knowledge, he took a keen interest in the Legal profession. Ayodeji is an experienced Litigation Officer whose hard work and vast knowledge of the litigation duties has distinguished him.
Ayo Agunbiade has served diligently in the same Litigation Department of Uwensuyi-Edosomwan & Co, under the Principal Partner, Chief Charles Esosomwan SAN, for some years. He gave his team support to the firm which specialises in Oil & Gas Law, Election Petition Matters, Probate and Divorce Matters, and General Litigation. However, in following the call of nature that says, “change is constant”, as part of seeking more knowledge, curiosity to know more about different areas of Legal Practices, advancement in the litigation duties and gathering his feet in Law, he joined the prestigious AAA Chambers family, as a Litigation Officer.
